Hackerspace is a new, special event at the Ubuntu Summit that brings together like-minded people who share common interests and knowledge. This fun and hands-on event starts immediately after day 2 of the Ubuntu Summit and will run for 2 hours during which food and beverages will be provided.
The agenda of each room is decided by each group who owns a hackerspace room. There is no forced event-style schedule. Instead an agenda and some goals can be sufficient for a group to hack at their projects, get things done, build some roadmap and improve the way the collaborate and contribute to open source projects.
